Omen threat meter also helps healers and dps by showing each party member's relative aggro for whatever monster you are targeting. You can assign mouse combos to use any healing. I heal as a druid so when someone has a curse or poison the square it's small enough to not be a bother but big enough so you can see everything going on.
If you have downloaded/have this mod, you can enhance while everyone can use it (way better than default), i specifically enhanced it for destro healers.
I am a templar healer. This is a very important addon for healers, because you'll be able to anticipate kicks easier, juke kicks easier, predict dispels for cc, so on, and so fourth. If i die tomorrow i do not want to think of the game i could of played today, therefor i will play whatever i want today while securing a future to play in as well.
